Abstract

The growth of consumer financing in Islamic banks in Indonesia has continued to increase, although its development is influenced by both internal banking factors and macroeconomic conditions. This study aims to analyze the effects of Profit Sharing Rate (Imbal Hasil), Inflation, Non-Performing Financing (NPF) of Consumer Financing, and Per Capita Expenditure on the growth of consumer financing in Islamic banks in Indonesia. This research employs quarterly time-series secondary data covering the period 2015–2024, obtained from the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Bank Indonesia (BI), and Statistics Indonesia (BPS). The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with the assistance of EViews 14 software. The results indicate that the Profit Sharing Rate has a negative and significant effect, Inflation has a positive and significant effect, Non-Performing Financing (NPF) of Consumer Financing has a negative and significant effect, and Per Capita Expenditure has a positive and significant effect on the growth of consumer financing in Islamic banks in Indonesia. Furthermore, the Profit Sharing Rate, Inflation, NPF of Consumer Financing, and Per Capita Expenditure jointly have a significant effect on the growth of consumer financing in Islamic banks in Indonesia.
