This study aims to analyze the effect of human capital, social capital, natural capital, physical capital, and financial capital on the welfare of dairy farmers in Gerbo Village, Pasuruan Regency. This research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory design, involving 50 respondents selected using a census technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression, preceded by validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results show that all variables simultaneously have a significant effect on farmers’ welfare. Partially, physical capital and financial capital have a positive and significant effect on farmers’ welfare, while human capital, social capital, and natural capital do not have a significant partial effect. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.567 indicates that 56.7% of the variation in welfare can be explained by the model, while the remaining 43.3% is influenced by other factors outside the model. This study is limited by the small number of respondents and the narrow research area, as well as the exclusion of other potential variables outside the model. The practical implications highlight the importance of strengthening access to production facilities and financial resources, as well as enhancing the role of government and related institutions in improving farmers’ welfare sustainably.
