DIGITALISASI PENDATAAN SETORAN SUSU KUD KRUCIL ARGOPURO SEBAGAI STRATEGI OPTIMALISASI TATA KELOLA INDUSTRI PERAH BERKELANJUTAN

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of digitizing milk deposit data collection in optimizing the dairy industry and supporting a sustainable economy in KUD Krucil Argopuro. The scope of research includes the process of implementing digital systems, the obstacles faced, and optimization strategies that can increase productivity and profitability. The method used is a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research, through interview, observation, and documentation techniques, with research informants consisting of cooperative administrators in the milk deposit section and farmers. The results of the study show that the digitization of milk deposit data collection improves recording efficiency, recapitulation accuracy, and information transparency for farmers. However, the implementation is not optimal because there are still inconsistencies in manual and digital data, uneven system implementation, limited infrastructure, and uneven human resource capacity. The conclusion of this study is that the digitization of milk deposit data collection plays an important role in increasing the productivity and efficiency of the dairy industry, but optimization strategies are needed in the form of technology equity, human resource capacity building, and real-time system integration so that the benefits can be felt optimally and sustainably.
