SINGERGI PENDIDIKAN DAN PENGABDIAN SOSIAL: REVITALISASI PENINGKATAN KUALITAS HIDUP MASYARAKAT PALALANGAN

This study explores the synergy between education and social service in an effort to revitalize and improve the quality of life of the Palalangan Village community, Cermee District, Bondowoso Regency. The service program includes orphan assistance, health counseling, and educational development. Orphan assistance aims to ease the economic burden of families and provide educational opportunities for children who have lost their parents. Health counseling, in collaboration with the Cermee Health Center, focuses on health services such as routine check-ups, vaccinations, and public health awareness. The educational development program supports Madrasah Diniyah (MADIN) to obtain operational permits and adequate facilities, as well as provide religious education and practical skills for children and adolescents. To observe and contribute effectively to this synergy, there are several practical stages that are implemented. First, the identification stage, which involves reading various social, cultural, economic, and religious perspectives of the community, as well as relevant literature to map problems and solutions related to the revitalization of the quality of life in Palalangan Village. Second, the data collection stage, which is carried out through socialization with the community, where the community service workers listen to and record social and educational problems faced by the community, and identify social and educational nuances with an empathetic approach. Third, the stage of participating in community service activities, namely by actively participating in social and educational events in Palalangan Village, which aim to improve community welfare and support the development of skills and knowledge. Fourth, the evaluation stage, namely assessing the effectiveness of community service involvement in social and educational activities, including feedback from participants and stakeholders and assessing the direct impact of the program. This evaluation is important to identify successes, challenges, and strategies for continuous improvement to meet community needs in the future

EMPOWERMENT OF THE COMMUNITY OF GADING SARI VILLAGE THROUGH THE ASSISTANCE OF MANGO AND AVOCADO SEEDS FOR FOOD SECURITY

The community empowerment program through plant seed assistance in Gading Sari Village is carried out to optimize the use of unproductive land. This activity was carried out by distributing 1500 mango seeds and 1500 avocado seedlings to the community, most of whom work as farmers. The method used is qualitative descriptive through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the activity show that the enthusiasm of the community is quite high, although obstacles such as lack of cultivation knowledge and lack of participation of some residents are still found. This program has great potential in improving food security and the economy of village communities.

PENDAMPINGAN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM MULTIKULTURAL DALAM MEMPERTAHANKAN NATIONAL IDENTITY

This community service activity aims to provide a deeper understanding of multicultural Islamic education assistance in maintaining students' national identity. This program adopts a partnership approach (community-based participatory research) by involving Islamic education teachers as well as eighth-grade students. In this service activity, the participants consisted of 4 teachers and 25 students. The program was conducted from February 1 to April 1, 2025, at MTs. Karomullah, located in Betek Village, Krucil Subdistrict, Probolinggo Regency. The implementation of the program consisted of three stages: (a) site survey, strategy development, and socialization; (b) execution; and (c) monitoring and evaluation. The findings of this community service activity indicate that the multicultural Islamic education assistance in maintaining students' national identity at MTs. Karomullah Krucil Probolinggo includes the following activities: a workshop on Multicultural Islamic Education and National Identity, production of educational videos on Multicultural Islamic Education and Patriotism, creation and display of posters promoting Multicultural Islamic Education and Patriotism, integration of multicultural Islamic education values into the madrasah curriculum, and incorporation of multicultural values into Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning materials.

PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT BIDANG KEAGAMAAN ISLAM BERBASIS MASJID DI DESA KETA

Indonesia merupakan negara dengan mayoritas muslim terbanyak di dunia, sehingga mempelajari dan memahami tentang agama menjadi suatu keharusan. Pengetahuan tentang agama dapat membantu menjalankan ibadah dengan baik dan benar. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukuan di Masjid khusunya Desa Ketah yang mana melibatkan masyarakat. Bentuk kegiatannya dilakukan melalui pendampingan dan pengenalan materi dasar-dasar Agama. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan dasar-dasar agama kepada masyarakat Kelurahan Ketah sebagai penguatan dalam memahami ilmu agama. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan program ini adalah pendampingan dan tanya jawab. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan ini Program pengenalan dasar agama ini memberikan hasil positif pada masyarakat di kelurahan Ketah. Pengetahuan tentang keagamaan sebelum masyarakat mengikuti kegiatan ini masih sedikit dan lemah, setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini pengetahuan agamanya bertambah secara bertahap

This business opportunity and marketing strategy activity through banana product processing was carried out on March 18, 2025 in Tegal Pasir Village. The goal is to increase knowledge of Marketing Strategy and entrepreneurial spirit in processing banana stems, to create a product that has a selling value and is competitive in the local market. The data collection process begins with identifying locations and targets, involving village communities, PKK mothers. Direct observation of the environment, and community activities, as well as interviews with community leaders were carried out. The method used is a contextual and participatory approach, with a counseling and training model. This training and mentoring activity is carried out through several stages, namely the planning, training, and evaluation stages. The results of this community service activity went smoothly and according to the target to be achieved. The results of this community service activity or the results of this evaluation activity show that training and counseling on making banana stem stalks, the community realizes the importance of processing banana stem waste and how to process it into edible processed products and can be a means of business opportunities for housewives and the surrounding community. The community can make processed products from banana stem stalks independently. There is an increase in the understanding of housewives' knowledge about how to make banana stem stalk chips

PENGENALAN APLIKASI DESAIN FIGMA DAN CANVA UNTUK KETERAMPILAN SISWA DI SDN KEMBANG 1 KABUPATEN BONDOWOSO

Program ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan aplikasi desain Figma dan Canva kepada siswa di SDN Kembang 1 Kabupaten Bondowoso guna meningkatkan keterampilan digital dan kreativitas siswa. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan secara interaktif dan berbasis praktik melalui koordinasi dengan sekolah, pengenalan konsep dasar desain grafis, dan demonstrasi langsung fitur utama kedua aplikasi didukung dengan latihan mandiri dan evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan, kemampuan praktis, serta motivasi siswa dalam menggunakan teknologi digital untuk membuat karya sederhana, seperti poster dan kartu ucapan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini meningkatkan soft skills seperti kreativitas dan kerjasama serta memotivasi siswa untuk terus belajar dan berinovasi dalam bidang desain. Kesimpulannya, pengenalan aplikasi Figma dan Canva efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi digital dan kompetensi desain siswa SDN Kembang 1 Kabupaten Bondowoso serta memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan secara berkelanjutan dan diintegrasikan ke dalam kurikulum sekolah demi masa depan pendidikan yang lebih inklusif dan kreatif.

IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM SANTUNAN ANAK YATIM DAN DHUAFA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KARAKTER KEPEDULIAN SOSIAL DI DESA SUCO LOR

Program santunan anak yatim piatu dan dhuafa ini merupakan bentuk pengabdian dosen terhadap masyarakat yang bertepatan dengan acara KKN STAI Al Utsmani dengan cara memberikan dukungan baik secara moral maupun material. Dan salah satu tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk membina kepedulian masyarakat terhadap anak yatim piatu dan dhuafa. Selain itu, tujuan dari kegiatan sosial ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat secara langsung bagi masyarakat setempat serta mengajarkan masyarakat menyantuni anak yatim. Kegiatan ini bertempat di Desa Suco Lor Kecamatan Maesan Kabupaten Bondowoso, dengan jumlah 16 anak yatim piatu dan dhuafa yang hadir dan menerima bantuan. Adapun santunan yang diberikan berupa uang sebesar 100.000 perorang dan bingkisan dari Peserta KKN STAI Al Utsmani yang berupa sembako.

PENDAMPINGAN PEMBINAAN MASYARAKAT DALAM MEMBANGUN NILAI-NILAI RELIGIUS

This community service project aims to provide a deeper understanding of community development assistance in cultivating religious values. The program adopts a community-based participatory research approach, involving local leaders and residents of Sukosari Kidul Village, Wringin District, Bondowoso Regency. A total of more than 49 male and female participants from various age groups took part in the program. The activities were carried out from February 10 to April 10, 2025, in three stages: (a) location survey, strategy development, and outreach; (b) implementation; and (c) monitoring and evaluation. The findings of the program indicate that community development assistance in building religious values, which was conducted through weekly religious study sessions at the Al-Ikhlas Islamic Boarding School Mosque in Sukosari Kidul Village, included religious lectures, PowerPoint-based presentations, discussions, and Q&A sessions. The results show that the better the community is empowered in understanding religious values, the better their moral conduct in daily life.

OPTIMALISASI PENGGUNAAN FINGERPRINT READER DALAM SISTEM MANAJEMEN ABSENSI

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang Optimalisasi Penggunaan Fingerprint Reader dalam Sistem Manajemen Absensi bagi Guru di TK Insan Terpadu. Pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan kemitraan (community based participatory research). Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dalam 3 tahap yaitu, (a) survei lokasi, startegi dan sosialisasi; (b) pelaksanaan, dan (c) pemonitoran/evaluasi. Hasil temuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini berhasil menjawab kebutuhan nyata dari mitra, yaitu TK Insan Terpadu, dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi sistem manajemen absensi guru. Permasalahan yang sebelumnya dihadapi, seperti sistem absensi manual yang tidak akurat, rawan manipulasi, dan memakan waktu, telah diatasi melalui penerapan teknologi fingerprint reader yang lebih modern, akuntabel, dan mudah digunakan.
