Abstract

This business opportunity and marketing strategy activity through banana product processing was carried out on March 18, 2025 in Tegal Pasir Village. The goal is to increase knowledge of Marketing Strategy and entrepreneurial spirit in processing banana stems, to create a product that has a selling value and is competitive in the local market. The data collection process begins with identifying locations and targets, involving village communities, PKK mothers. Direct observation of the environment, and community activities, as well as interviews with community leaders were carried out. The method used is a contextual and participatory approach, with a counseling and training model. This training and mentoring activity is carried out through several stages, namely the planning, training, and evaluation stages. The results of this community service activity went smoothly and according to the target to be achieved. The results of this community service activity or the results of this evaluation activity show that training and counseling on making banana stem stalks, the community realizes the importance of processing banana stem waste and how to process it into edible processed products and can be a means of business opportunities for housewives and the surrounding community. The community can make processed products from banana stem stalks independently. There is an increase in the understanding of housewives' knowledge about how to make banana stem stalk chips
